I have registered a 2nd dynu domain m If i i setup dynu updater and log in with my username and password it points to the first domain so both domains have the same IP

Ho do i tell the Dynu updater on the 2nd pc to update to the other domain ?

Use the location name feature. You can assign 2 different location names to the 2 domains in the control panel. Then in the IP update client that uses domain1, use the location1 in the 'Settings' tab of the IP update client. Same goes for domain2.
